Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and sales conversion through digital platforms
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies
- Onboard and support new clients
- Promote financial products and cross-sell services
- Track and report on sales performance using analytics tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in digital sales, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and data analytics
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
- Excellent *communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Salary
