Job description: Job Description:Our client creates financial opportunities for individuals & SMEs through access to quick loans and investment platforms they are looking to hire Direct Sales Executive’s ( Loan Marketers)The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products to potential customers. This role requires identifying and targeting new clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating the company’s loan offerings. The Loan Marketer will drive business growth by increasing loan origination, expanding market reach, and enhancing the company’s brand presence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The core functions of the position are as follows but not limited to:Job Description∙Identify and target new customer segments for loan products.∙Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, referrals and networking to generate leads.∙Conduct meetings with customers to explain loan products, terms, and benefits tailored to individual customer needs.∙Monitor customer transactions until disbursement is done.∙Follow up with Credit to ensure prompt resolution of customer`s request.∙Ensure that daily reports are made available to Team Lead before close of business daily.∙Ensures that all assigned tasks are dealt with before the close of business daily.∙Listening to customer needs.∙Track trends and monitor competition.∙Work on brand values.∙Searching for new (and helpful) marketing’ tools.QUALIFICATIONS:EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years post NYSC experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the financial services or loan industry.
- Familiarity with the finance company’s target market, regulatory environment, and industry’s best practices are key.
- Proven track record of growing business revenue, managing high-value client relationships, and leading teams to success.
