• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Estate Surveyor / Valuer to manage, value, and oversee a diverse portfolio of properties.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, leasing, sales, property management, and advisory services to ensure maximum value is realised for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation of land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties for various purposes (sale, purchase, mortgage, insurance, etc.).
• Prepare valuation reports under professional standards and client requirements.
• Manage and oversee leasing, letting, and sale of properties.
• Provide strategic advice on property acquisition, investment, and development.
• Keep up-to-date with property market trends, values, and legislative developments.
• Carry out feasibility and viability studies for real estate projects.
• Manage property portfolio, including rent collection, lease negotiations, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, legal practitioners, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate property records and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to real estate practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum of [2 – 4] years of post-qualification experience in real estate surveying and valuation.
• Strong understanding of property law, valuation methods, and real estate trends.
• Professional qualification/membership with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) or a relevant body.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant property management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.Method of Application
