Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings and screening candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
