Employment Type: ContractRequirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4- 7 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
- Familiarity with project management software tool is an advantage
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Work Environment:
- Based in Lagos with occasional travel for meetings or events as may be required
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate the Executive’s schedule
