Job Purpose
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Corporate Services & Sustainability Officer.
- This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations, effective stakeholder management, and seamless execution of priorities across the Corporate Services portfolio, including Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Local Content, and Sustainability.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and highly efficient, with the ability to manage complex tasks, anticipate needs, and act as a trusted support to the CCSSO in advancing corporate objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the CCSSO’s calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
- Prepare, edit, and coordinate reports, presentations, speeches, and briefing materials for Board, Executive Management, and external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Liaise with internal teams, Board members, regulators, and external partners on behalf of the CCSSO.
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives, including sustainability and ESG-related programs, risk reviews, and supply chain/vendor engagements.
- Facilitate effective communication between the CCSSO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
Operational & Administrative Excellence:
- Develop and maintain effective filing, recordkeeping, and knowledge management systems (physical and digital).
- Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Oversee expense management and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Perform such other functions as may from time to time be assigned by the CCSSO.
Project & Portfolio Coordination:
- Track and monitor key deliverables, KPIs, and deadlines across the CCSSO’s areas of responsibility.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring action items are followed up.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations for Corporate Services and Sustainability.

Job Specification
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Exhibits Oando Core Values.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior management in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, sustainability/ESG, and risk management frameworks is an added advantage.
