- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and serving as a key liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, travel, and conference calls.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of documents.
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Track and process expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative documents.
- Prepare and draft letters, emails, and communications as required.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as necessary, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Educational Qualifications
- The candidate should have at least, a BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred with minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive support role.
Competencies Expected:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
