Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and reports as required.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication by relaying information accurately and promptly.
- Represent the CEO professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and team members.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Track the progress of key tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Process and manage expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Organize and manage executive meetings, including board meetings and leadership team gatherings.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Ensure meeting materials and presentations are prepared in advance.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the CEO’s office, ensuring an efficient workspace.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and supply management.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.Method of Application
