- We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy executive while also managing marketing communications and social media presence (both company and personal brand).
- This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with travel planning and logistics.
- Provide administrative support for projects and events.
Marketing Communications:
- Draft and send email newsletters, press releases, and internal communication.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials.
- Support branding efforts and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Track campaign performance and generate simple reports.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Handle the executive’s personal/professional social media pages,including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Create or oversee the creation of engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Monitor trends and suggest content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Added Advantage• Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later), Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with social media management and basic analytics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet Bonus Points.
- Experience working directly with senior executives.
- Interest in branding and storytelling.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Zoho).
