Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeDescription
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and timely follow-ups.
- Send meeting reminders and manage logistics including agendas, documentation, and action items.
- Assist with completing and submitting applications for awards, speaking engagements, conferences, and partnerships.
- Manage logistics for CEO’s speaking engagements, webinars, and public appearances.
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries.
- Handle emai l correspondence, screening and prioritizing messages on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft professional communications, presentations, reports, and other materials as required..
- Liaise with event organizers, ensuring all deliverables and appearances are executed professionally.
- Track deadlines for deliverables such as bios, headshots, talk summaries, and presentation slides.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Track ongoing projects and commitments, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of action points.
- Maintain a system to ensure the CEO remains informed and prepared for upcoming obligations.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and exercise sound judgment.
Skill:
- A highly organized, proactive, and great at multitasking
- A reliable Executive Assistant to support our leadership team with scheduling, communications, and day-to-day coordination.
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Tech-savvy & detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- With at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
