Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

- To provide administrative and executive assistance/support to the office of the Director Corporate Services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive secretarial support and assistance to the Director Corporate Services in the discharge of her duties
- Schedules appointments on behalf of the Director Corporate Services and ensuring that her meetings are held and records kept accordingly and agreed decisions circulated
- Prepare memos, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence on behalf of the Director Corporate Services.
- Logs and distributes incoming messages to the Director Corporate Services promptly
- Receives and responds to correspondences
- Manages the calendar of the Director Corporate Services
- Maintains and updates files, takes down minutes of meetings when necessary.
- Co-ordinates conference and travel arrangements, prepares itineraries and expense reports.
Job Requirements
Education:
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or any other related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in similar job role.
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of the payment industry.
- Business Management.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
Skill / Competencies:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Good Computer Skills and Tech Savvy.
- High drive, Initiative and Motivation.
- Analytical Reasoning Abilities.
