- The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization’s Executive office.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, travels and calendar
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or related position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to keep confidential information
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and common scheduling software such as Outlook
