The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing social media handles for executives, possess exceptional corporate communication skills, and understand the importance of confidentiality in a high-level executive environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage the CEO’s social media profiles, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO and for executive meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO’s day-to-day activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MUST HAVE a Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media handles for executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
