Executive Assistant to the CEO at Carbon Nigeria

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lagos

Job Type: Full time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • As EA to Chijioke Dozie, you’ll be the critical interface between the CEO and the rest of the world
  • Your primary mission: eliminate friction in Chijioke’s professional and personal life so he can focus on high-impact decisions and activities.
  • Success in this role means anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and ensuring flawless execution of priorities

Working Structure:

  • Hybrid arrangement (in-office when Chijioke is in Nigeria, remote otherwise)
  • Hours align with CEO’s schedule (typically 8am-8pm when on-site)
  • Located in or near Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

Make the CEO more effective by:

  • Masterfully managing calendar, communications, and priorities
  • Coordinating high-stakes meetings and following through on action items
  • Leading research projects and special initiatives
  • Managing the CEO’s Lagos residence and household staff and other assigned tasks.
  • Orchestrating seamless domestic, logistics and international travel
  • Handling expense management and financial administration

Requirements

  • Degree (ND/HND/BSc)
  • Experience supporting senior executives
  • International passport (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to travel on short notice.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Project management tools and Slack
  • Valid driver’s license (or willingness to obtain one)
