Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, and highly organized female Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading Nigerian travel company.
- This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage complex schedules, and confidently represents the CEO in high-level engagements when required.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily agenda, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Representation: Act as a spokesperson for the CEO in meetings, presentations, and events when he is unavailable.
- Communication Management: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and executive briefs for strategic decision-making.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Project Support: Assist in tracking progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- An understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and high emotional intelligence.
