Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including:
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing correspondence
• Ensure timely completion of customer orders and requests
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions
• Evaluating and supervising workforce to ensure smooth operations
• Reducing workforce redundancy and optimizing resource allocation
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to business growth initiatives
• Manage workforce performance by:
• Creating policies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Enforce CEO instructions and act on their behalf when unavailable
• Make decisions and take actions that align with the CEO’s vision and company goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 – 8 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Strong leadership and management skills

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.Method of Application
