Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including:
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing correspondence
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders and requests
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions
- Evaluating and supervising workforce to ensure smooth operations
- Reducing workforce redundancy and optimizing resource allocation
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to business growth initiatives
- Manage workforce performance by:
- Creating policies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Enforce CEO instructions and act on their behalf when unavailable
- Make decisions and take actions that align with the CEO’s vision and company goals.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 – 8 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong leadership and management skills
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.Method of Application
