- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Marketer with proven experience in social media marketing to join our growing team.
- This role requires a forward-thinking individual who understands current digital trends and can leverage social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- The ideal candidate will be hands-on with content creation, campaign management, performance tracking, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Respond to comments and direct messages, managing community engagement professionally.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize reach and ROI.
- Work with other marketing team members on integrated campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
- Support influencer collaborations and partnerships as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a social media marketing role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.), and content management systems.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a creative flair.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary
