The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and administrative anchor, responsible for enhancing executive efficiency, managing sensitive communications, and coordinating high-level strategic initiatives.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide full executive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, meetings, itineraries, and logistics.Draft, review, and manage legal and corporate documentation such as contracts, MoUs, NDAs, board papers, and confidential correspondences.Act as a communication interface between the MD and internal/external stakeholders across business functions.Prepare meeting briefs, talking points, presentations, and ensure the MD is properly briefed for all engagements.Represent the MD at meetings (where delegated), record key action points, and follow up on deliverables.Coordinate board-level and executive meetings, including preparation and circulation of relevant reports and investor documents.Maintain a secure and well-organized filing systemboth digital and physicalfor all sensitive materials.Support the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects, business reviews, and corporate development initiatives.Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making and strategy formulation.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and BL certification; a Masters degree or MBA is a significant advantage.Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a C-suite support or Chief of Staff-type role.Strong legal and business writing skills, with experience handling contracts and high-level correspondence.Experience in the energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or consulting industry is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport across all levels.Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom, and other digital collaboration tools.Core CompetenciesLegal documentation and reviewExecutive communication and stakeholder managementConfidentiality, discretion, and judgmentStrategic thinking and project executionOrganizational planning and coordinationAnalytical and research skillsRemuneration & BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary: 800,000 – 1,200,000 (depending on experience)Health insurance (HMO)Performance-based bonusesPension schemePaid annual leave and sick leaveTraining allowance and access to professional developmentStrategic exposure and mentorship from an industry-leading executiveApplication ProcessQualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:
