We have vast experience with plant/equipment installation of numerous sizes and complexity and we pride ourself in the vast capacity built over the years in providing design, procurement and installation supports to numerous FMCG firms such as Coca Cola, Nigeria Breweries, Guinness, Friesland, PZ Wilmar, Murzah Wilmar (Tanzania), Kasapreko (Ghana), etc. and supports for OEMS such Sidel, KHS, Krones, Pentair.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Experienced Project Engineer (Mechanical)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams in various engineering tasks across the design and execution phases of projects
- Support the preparation of technical documents, drawings, and specifications
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes
- Help with cost estimations and material quantity takeoffs
- Support site visits and inspections as needed, under supervision
- Develop skills in project management software and tools used in the industry
- Assist in interpreting P&ID to subcontractors
- Track and inspect material deliveries
- Work under the supervision of the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to execute projects properly and with great results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including procurement and HSE
- Assist in monitoring project schedules and identifying potential issues
- Learn and apply industry standards and best practices in engineering design
- Contribute to quality control processes and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 4 – 6 years of work experience
- Good documentation skills
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel (Mostly within Nigeria).
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Great client management skills
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD)
Salary
N230,000 – N250,000 / Month.
