- We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in land and property sales.
- The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating quality leads, closing deals, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets starting from ?50 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert leads into sales
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and opportunities
- Sell residential and commercial properties, including land and properties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 MonthlyMethod of Application
