Job Title: Facility Manager – Airbnb Property
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the property to ensure it is always guest-ready.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and other facility needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and vendor services.
- Support guest satisfaction by addressing facility concerns quickly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage utilities, inventory of supplies, and ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or emergencies to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management, property management, or a similar role (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent facility needs, even after hours.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
- Competitive with Industry standard.
