- We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our hospital infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing facilities within a healthcare or hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise facility staff and coordinate with external service providers.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
