- The Factory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the assembly plant, ensuring efficient production processes, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.
- This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all factory operations.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower and materials.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols within the facility.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production with business objectives.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of production management and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
