- We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle sales orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommend suitable paint solutions.
- Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up on customer requests.
- Ensure accurate order documentation and coordinate with the sales team.
- Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Must be female and reside within close proximity to the company’s location.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing.
- HND or BSc in any related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of paints and coatings (training will be provided).
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
