- We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and experienced Female Executive Assistant to support the Hotel Manager.
- This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks with discretion and efficiency in a high-end hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-level administrative and scheduling support to the MD
- Handle confidential documents, communication, and reports
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, VIP guest services, and events
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and managerial support operations.
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
