Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Assist with administrative tasks as needed by other departments.Salary
