- The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals for our properties.
- This role involves proactive prospecting, managing leads, conducting site inspections, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Support in the design and implementation of strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Updating the clients weekly.
- Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Support the BDM to coordinate property closings, signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
- Report to the Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and Chairman.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real property sales or a similar sales role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, goal-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
