Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to customers, assisting with product selection and inquiries
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall performance
- Ensure product displays are well-organized, attractive, and stocked to meet customer demand
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Restock shelves and ensure proper product placement and organization
- Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a high level of store efficiency and customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
- Participate in regular stock checks, inventory management, and product rotation tasks
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in a similar role within a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and processing transactions
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve store objectives
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in product presentation and store layout
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
- Only Female candidates
Work Schedule:
- Four days a week and two compulsory Sundays in a Month.
Salary
N75,000 – N80,000 Monthly.Method of Application
