- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands without overstocking.
- Ensure that all finished goods meet quality standards before shipment.
- Supervise storage practices to ensure product safety and preservation.
- Optimize warehouse layouts for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate with transportation providers for cost-effective and reliable distribution
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery times, and inventory turnover.
- Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
- Address customer concerns regarding product availability or delivery issues.
Desired Candidate:
- Any Graduate with Min.5 – 7 years of working experience in Dispatch and Inventory Control.
- Should have knowledge on ERP packages
- Computer skills of MS-DOS, Windows, Tally, MS-Office, Foxpro
