- We are hiring a Field Recovery Officer responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts through field operations and direct customer engagement.
- The role involves executing recovery strategies, negotiating realistic repayment plans, and recommending process improvements, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage defaulting customers and recover overdue debts.
- Negotiate and monitor repayment plans based on financial assessments.
- Update recovery systems and provide insights on debt management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to legal and internal recovery processes.
- Deliver high-quality service aligned with company values and customer care policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or field recoveries.
- Knowledge of debt recovery principles and legal processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with call center optimization and financial systems.
- Skip tracing knowledge
