Net Monthly Salary: 200,000 – 250,000Position SummaryWe are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Engineer to support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking systems at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fieldwork within the ISP or telecom industry and the ability to deliver high-quality technical services with minimal supervision.This role combines hands-on engineering with strong client-facing responsibilities, requiring both technical expertise and effective communication skills.Key Responsibilities1. Installation & ConfigurationInstall and configure ISP services (e.g., routers, modems, cabling) at customer locations.Follow technical documentation and procedures to ensure accurate installations.Test service quality and connectivity to meet defined standards.Guide customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.2. Troubleshooting & Technical SupportDiagnose and resolve network-related issues onsite.Respond promptly to service tickets and customer escalations.Collaborate with the NOC, support teams, and coordinators to resolve complex technical problems.Maintain clear documentation of service calls, resolutions, and escalations.3. Customer Interaction & Service ExcellenceRepresent the company professionally at all client interactions.Communicate technical issues in a simple and clear manner to clients.Recommend service upgrades or network optimizations where needed.Support sales and account management teams by relaying customer feedback and upsell opportunities.4.
