- The Finance / Administration Officer will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and administrative operations and ensure compliance with donor and network regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and donor requirements.
- Oversee administrative functions, procurement, and office management.
- Support audits and financial accountability processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant financial management tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration within an NGO.
- Knowledge of financial management systems and donor compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other financial tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
