Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Finance Executive to support our financial operations.
- The role encompasses accounting, treasury, and taxation, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and alignment with the Company’s financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger, trial balance, and financial records.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant statutory regulations.
- Liaise with insurers and brokers to ensure adequate coverage and timely renewals.
- Ensure accurate allocation of expenses to project accounts.
- Monitor receivables, prepare aging reports, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Ensure timely computation and remittance of all statutory taxes (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.).
- File regulatory returns in compliance with FIRS, state tax authorities, and other regulators.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws impacting the oilfield services sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Must be a Qualified Accountant.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
