Summary
- We’re hiring a Fintech Program Manager to run our Fintech School by managing students, facilitators, and operations from enrollment to alumni engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all fintech courses (cohort-based & self-paced).
- Run webinars, collaborations, and industry events.
- Track processes and suggest improvements for smoother delivery.
- Manage inquiries, leads, and student onboarding.
- Coordinate facilitators, course logistics, and alumni activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years in fintech, banking, microfinance, capital market or related customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-driven.
- Passionate about learning, fintech, and people development.
