Reime West Africa Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of a global brand with head office at Casablanca in Morocco that provides Telecom Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Services to Telecom companies in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Fleet Coordinator will oversee and manage the company’s vehicles, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with current regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles meet safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards.
  • Optimise fleet performance at the optimal cost.
  • Provide leadership, support, and expertise to the team
  • Ensure compliance with vehicle safety regulations, emissions standards requirements, permits, and driver certifications.
  • Manage day-to-day fleet operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Control and manage fleet costs, including fuel, repairs, insurance, and leasing.
  • Manage supply chain and vehicle life cycles.
  • Performing periodic vehicle inspections to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Coordinating with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to fleet management.
  • Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing reports related to fleet operations and presenting them to management
  • Liaise with other Company Health & Safety employees to ensure consistent safety practices which are in-line with best practice
  • Managing driver schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communicating with drivers to ensure that they are aware of their schedules and responsibilities.
  • Working with mechanics to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in fleet management

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity withvehicle tracking systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and lease companies.
  • Proficiency in generating detailed reports and managing driver information.
  • Proven experience in fleet management, with a specific focus on cars and vans.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle allocation, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work alone and manage own workload
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulations related to vehicle maintenance and safety.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including spreadsheet and database applications
  • Strong time management skills
  • A flexible attitude due to the varying day to day requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary

N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
