We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Fleet / Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of fleet vehicles
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and spare parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Supervise drivers and workshop staff to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repairs, and costs
Requirements
- B.Sc ./ HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fleet or Maintenance Supervisor in a transport/logistics company
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience specifically in a transport company is a strong advantage.
- At least2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
