Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Administration duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and/or office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
- Accepting all letters and packages and distributing them to their appropriate departments.
- Organizing travel arrangements for senior managers and other staff.
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
- The front desk executive is responsible for offering support at the front desk of the company.
Internal Operations duties:
- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Corporate and the external auditors as necessary with the support of the accountant.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
- Providing support to the procurement activities
- Coordinate repairs of office equipment.
- Scanning document for various department. Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Maintains stock list and manage supplies when needed.
- Monitors and coordinates the transport department. This includes team meetings and conveying information from senior management to the transport team
- Work on purchase orders and MLAs for Clients
- Data entry about dates of purchase, licenses & maintenance on CRM
- Tracking product maintenance dates on CRM
- Accounting knowledge is required.
Requirements
- A minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Accounting, etc., is required
- A master’s degree in accounting/finance is an added advantage
- 2-3 years’ experience is required.

- Familiar with Accounting principles
- Ability to use accounting software (Sunsystem, Tally, Persol, SAP, Sage, QuickBooks) will be an advantage
- Ability to multitask.

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Salary
