- The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.
- They are responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, directing calls, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Provide information and assistance to guests and staff.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Administration, hospitality, or a related field.
- 3 – 7 years of previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Close proximity to Ikeja is a plus.
- Requires sitting for extended periods and occasional movement around the office.
Salary
