Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Welcome visitors with a warm, positive attitude.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Work directly with the Operations manager in ensuring smooth running of the office.
- Manage the Cleaner and ensure the office is always clean.
- Ensure basic supplies are provided as at when required.
- Maintain drivers logbook and monitor their attendance.
Requirements
- 2 years admin experience or as a front desk officer.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
Salary
Salary budget is N100,000 Net (plus other benefits).Application Closing Date
