It looks after the professional needs of all Engineers in their vide spectrum of specializations through structured initiatives in membership and other high professional standard and ethical practices.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: Front Desk OfficerLocation: Abuja (FCT)Job ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and offering assistance to guests and clients
Handling incoming calls and providing information on enquiries Managing appointment calendars, booking meetings and coordinating schedules as may be required
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mails and deliveries Keeping and organized and welcoming front office at all times Maintaining and updating a central telephone directory and other essential documentation
Monitoring visitor access and ensuring compliance with security protocols.RequirementsQualifications:
Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office and Information Management, Mass Communication or any other related course.
Additional certification in customer care will be an advantage.Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years work experience in a customer service role.Competencies:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with immaculate telephone conversation skills
Ability to maintain professional demeanor and attitude always
Good corporate dress sense
Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities and deadlines.Application Closing Date
