Job Location: Idu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors professionally.
- Answering and routing incoming calls.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it’s organized and welcoming.
- Maintaining visitor logs and client records.
- Handling general inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Attending to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Must be a mature, responsible, and well-mannered individual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female and single
- Fluentin Hausa
- Close proximity to Idu, Abuja.
