Job Location: Abuja (FCT)Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming and offering assistance to guests and clients
- Handling incoming calls and providing information on enquiries Managing appointment calendars, booking meetings and coordinating schedules as may be required
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mails and deliveries Keeping and organised and welcoming front office at all times Maintaining and updating a central telephone directory and other essential documentation
- Monitoring visitor access and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office and Information Management, Mass Communication or any other related course.
- Additional certification in customer care will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a customer service role.
Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with immaculate telephone conversation skills
- Ability to maintain professional demeanour and attitude always
- Good corporate dress sense
- Excellent organisational and time management skills Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities and deadlines.
