• We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact at our primary school in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication between parents, staff, and visitors

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate information about the school’s policies, admission process, and events
• Maintain a well-organized reception area.
• Handle student attendance records and ensure timely updates.
• Handle school fees collection, recording and issuance of receipts
• Keep accurate records of student and staff information.
• Assist with enrollment and admission paperwork.
• Record school expenses.
• Manage appointments and schedules for the school administration.
• Distribute circulars, newsletters, and official communication to parents and staff.
• Maintain a log of visitors, deliveries, and outgoing correspondence.
• Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to relay important messages.
• Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Ensure emergency contacts and protocols are up to date and accessible.
