- We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact at our primary school in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication between parents, staff, and visitors
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information about the school’s policies, admission process, and events
- Maintain a well-organized reception area.
- Handle student attendance records and ensure timely updates.
- Handle school fees collection, recording and issuance of receipts
- Keep accurate records of student and staff information.
- Assist with enrollment and admission paperwork.
- Record school expenses.
- Manage appointments and schedules for the school administration.
- Distribute circulars, newsletters, and official communication to parents and staff.
- Maintain a log of visitors, deliveries, and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to relay important messages.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure emergency contacts and protocols are up to date and accessible.
