About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Web & Mobile Engineer who thrives on building secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. If you enjoy working across the full technology stack-from database to mobile UI-and love solving real-time sync and performance challenges, this role is for you.What You’ll Do

• Develop robust, end-to-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Build high-performance native mobile apps using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android)
• Design and implement scalable backend architecture to support thousands of concurrent users
• Integrate real-time features like live location tracking, push notifications, and status updates
• Ensure seamless and secure data flow between backend and mobile frontends
• Optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Apply secure coding practices, testing, and monitoring
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and logging systems
• Work closely with design and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces

What You Bring

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
• Hands-on expertise in native mobile development (iOS & Android)
• Experience building real-time, event-driven systems (e.g., using WebSockets, Firebase, etc.)
• Knowledge of microservices, scalable infrastructure, and system reliability
• Solid experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (Docker, AWS/GCP, etc.)
• Strong debugging, performance profiling, and system monitoring skills

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic
• Background in architecting high-availability systems or traffic-intensive platforms
