Further, to ensure effective management of staff to realize maximum product availability at all times at the least possibleKEY RESPONSIBILITYOperational Management:
Ensure execution and achievement of store KPIs by aligning teams, coordinating with store managers, and monitoring performance. Oversee stock management, shelf health, planogram implementation, promotions, and in-store activations. Drive sales growth through demand creation, target monitoring, and client-specific audits while aligning processes with best practices.Account Management:
Collaborate with distributors and account managers to achieve sales targets. Handle customer issues, monitor market trends, and ensure client and company performance standards are met. Conduct quarterly reviews and escalate unresolved issues to line management.Team Management:
Oversee team performance through on-ground tracking, attendance monitoring, and maintaining discipline. Ensure proper communication, manage leave effectively, and identify training needs while ensuring compliance with HR policies and company standards.Operational Excellence:
Maintain and report on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) through regular daily and weekly submissions to support strategic alignment and executionDegree, Higher or Basic Diploma in sales & marketing or relevant fieldMinimum Experience: 2- 3 Years’ or more experience in the FMCG Industry as a senior sales representativeKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Sales managementPeople managementAdministration skillsCustomer service skillsCommunication skills (verbal & written)What’s in It for You?
