Where our people are cared for, happy and inspired in building an extraordinary place to workJob Summary:Ensure effective execution of merchandising and sales functions at the store level to achieve sales targets per territory, while managing staff efficiently to maximize product availability at minimal cost.Key Responsibilities and DeliverablesOperational Management

  • Communicate and drive understanding of store KPIs across the team
  • Monitor and support achievement of store KPIs
  • Coordinate with store managers to resolve KPI-related challenges
  • Ensure proper execution of the 6Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process)
  • Manage stock orders, returns, and shelf health (replenishment, facings, planogram integrity)
  • Implement and monitor planograms and promotional activities
  • Oversee in-store activations per activation plans
  • Set, monitor, and evaluate sales targets and performance
  • Conduct client-specific in-store audits
  • Benchmark processes against best practices
  • Provide regular feedback to the Line Manager

Account Management

  • Collaborate with distributors and account managers to exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking
  • Address customer queries and escalate unresolved issues
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Ensure performance standards are met

Team Management

  • Ensure timely and clear communication within the team
  • Track team activities and attendance accurately
  • Maintain span of control and enforce HR policies
  • Identify and communicate training needs; ensure training completion
  • Uphold discipline, dress code, and proper leave management

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain and report on Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Manage distributor relationships and ensure timely order deliveries
  • Track expenditures and manage company assets (e.g., HHT devices)
  • Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and distributor agreements
  • Plan and communicate team call cycles/PJPs
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Ensure data accuracy and take corrective actions as needed
  • Stay informed on industry changes and share updates with team
  • Align on goals and timelines with line managers

2- 3 Years’ or more experience in the FMCG Industry as a senior sales representative||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
Degree, Higher or Basic Diploma in sales & marketing or relevant field

Communication Skills (verbal & written)
