- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented professional to take on the role of General Manager / Chief Operating Officer (GM/COO) to lead its Renewable Energy Business, with a focus on solar power solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
What You’ll Be Leading
Our renewable energy division offers:
- Solar Power Systems
- Inverter Backup Solutions
- Additional power support technologies for uninterrupted energy supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the renewable energy division
- Manage and grow the solar and inverter solution offerings
- Lead business development and partner engagement
- Drive project execution, sales performance, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient service delivery
- Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in solar or inverter energy systems
- Deep understanding of Nigeria’s energy market and its challenges
- Proven record of driving business performance and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- A passion for sustainable energy and innovation.
