Overview
- The General Manager will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations and lead strategic planning to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- This role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on business strategy, team performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and growth targets.
- Lead performance reviews, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads (strategy, creative, operations etc.) to ensure alignment with agency objectives.
- Support client relationship management and new business initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion or optimization.
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or agency operations
- Proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance creative and commercial priorities.
